Shipping, Returns, & Warranty
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We ship to over 50 countries with a network of reliable carriers.
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, insurance, and/or tracking.
Timely delivery is based on the condition that the carrier keeps day-to-day delivery schedules. All delivery estimates are based upon working/business days.
IMPORT DUTIES
Wherein duties are applicable, they are payable by the customer at importation. Wherein import duties are charged on a shipment, please note that it is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay those duties and handle all aspects of importation. Oak & Rove does not assist with duty payment or coordinating with the custom's department in country.
Wherein a customer chooses not to pay duties or rejects their package, resulting in the package being abandoned by the carrier, please kindly note that Oak & Rove will not refund the order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Items returned for refunds or exchanges must be received no later than 30 days after the date of delivery of the original order. We accept returns and exchanges on all unused, not customized, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items received in the original packaging and in original condition.
If a product is damaged during delivery and needs to be returned, please communicate this to us immediately upon discovery.
All items purchased as part of a "Final Sale" promotion are not eligible for refund or exchange. We may change this policy at any time with or without notice. Please check back regularly for any updates.
To submit a return, simply email support@oakandrove.com with your order number and the details of your request. Our team will respond to you as soon as possible. We typically respond within one business day. Our offices are closed for major Holidays and weekends.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International orders are also eligible for return, but we ask that customers cover the cost and make their own shipping arrangements with a trusted carrier.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
As a testament to our craftsmanship, all of our bags are backed by a limited lifetime warranty from manufacturer defects.This warranty does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, poor maintenance, other unnatural usage situations. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the item must be communicated to Oak & Rove within a 30 day period of discovery.
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover the following:
- Bags purchased through third party vendors.
- Bags purchased on discount or final sale (does not apply to pre-orders).
- Daily wear and tear occurring through normal use over time.
